One pool now controls over 60% of Kadena's hashrate

Your plot. Your harvest.

A community garden for Kadena miners: you bring the rigs, we share the land. Every block your rigs find pays straight to your own wallet. Open source, no pool holding your KDA, no minimum payout.

1%
A tiny hashrate fee
About 1 in 100 jobs mines for the garden. Your own blocks are never touched. Self-host the kit and it is 0%.
100%
Straight to your wallet
The block itself names your k: account as the miner. Nobody can delay, freeze, or lose your reward.
20
All chains, one endpoint
Work is spread across all 20 Kadena chains automatically. Your dashboard shows where each block landed.
25%
Self-capped
We stop accepting new hashrate past a quarter of the network. A solo service should never become the next big pool.

Password x: your rig follows the option you pick on your dashboard (Direct until you pick one). No signup, no email, no KYC.
Works with Antminer KA3, Goldshell KD series, iBeLink BM-K series, and any Blake2s stratum miner. You can also set us as Pool 2 or Pool 3 for failover.

Choose how you garden

Three ways to mine, and the choice is always yours. Pick one in your rig's password field and change it whenever you like. Options 2 and 3 start only after you confirm them once in your wallet, so nobody else can switch them on for you. Direct mining is the default: if you set nothing, your rewards go only to your own wallet.

OPTION 1 · DEFAULT Available
Direct
1%hashrate fee
Every block your rigs find pays straight to your own k: account, on whichever chain it was mined. Only you hold the key.
  • Self-custody: nobody else can move your KDA
  • Rewards land across Kadena's 20 chains
  • One-click consolidation to a single chain, signed in your own wallet
password: x
OPTION 2 Available
Sweep to one chain
2%hashrate fee
Rewards go to a shared account that you and the garden can both sign for. A bot moves them to the chain you choose, ready for any exchange that takes KDA on that chain.
  • Shared custody: 1-of-2 account, your key and the garden's key
  • Your key can withdraw at any time, without asking
  • Swept often, so little ever sits in the shared account
  • The garden's key can only send to your own account
  • Starts after you confirm it once in your wallet; until then you mine Direct
password: mode=sweep;chain=0
OPTION 3 Available
Sweep and convert
3%hashrate fee
Everything in Option 2, then your KDA is swapped on Mercatus to the token you pick and sent to your own account on chain 2.
USDC ETH FLUX BRO 0% fee
  • Shared custody until the conversion is sent
  • Converts in one go once your chosen amount has built up (100 KDA by default), so you get fewer, bigger swaps
  • Price and slippage limits on every swap
  • Swaps on Mercatus, Kadena chain 2. USDC and ETH arrive as Kinesis-bridged tokens on Kadena
  • Starts after you confirm it once in your wallet; until then you mine Direct
Disclosure: BRO conversions are fee-free. Pascal and Saudi.KDA hold BRO.
password: mode=convert;to=usdc
Username is always your k: account plus a rig name, for example k:your-account.rig-01. The fee works by pointing a small share of mining jobs at the garden's public account, never by taking from your blocks, and the garden's account is listed on the Verify page so anyone can check the real percentage. Self-hosted copies of the kit run at 0%.
OPTION 3 · HOW A CONVERSION RUNS

Example

Pool sizes and prices from Mercatus on Oct 8, 2026; a real swap uses the price at that moment. The block reward (about 0.91 KDA), the gas kept back, the 100 KDA convert amount (each miner picks their own), the 1% slippage limit and the 0.3% pool fee match the garden's real settings. After one confirmation in your wallet, you never sign anything else or visit Mercatus. See every step with the garden's server log

"Solo" at a pool is still the pool

Some pools offer a solo mode. Your rig still works on their blocks, your reward still lands in their wallet first, and your hashrate still counts toward their share of the network. Here is the difference.

Know your odds before you switch

Solo mining is honest about luck. A small rig may wait weeks for a block and then receive the whole reward at once. Pools smooth that into daily crumbs. This calculator shows you the trade-off with no spin.

Best fit: farms that already find blocks regularly, and small miners who prefer a real shot at a full block over paying fees for steady drips.

Built to protect your reward

Wallet check before your first share
A typo in your k: account would send a whole block reward to a wallet nobody controls. Every rig is checked before work is sent: valid format, and the account is confirmed on chain.
[Account exists on chain 0–19 · ready to mine]
Orphans, explained honestly
Sometimes two miners find a block at the same height and the network keeps only one. The other is an orphan and pays nothing. This happens to every miner and every pool on Kadena, about 1–2% of the time. Your dashboard labels each block Confirmed or Orphaned, with the competing block linked, so nothing is hidden.
Confirmed Pending (20 blocks) Orphaned

Verify it yourself

Don't take our word for any of this. Every block found here links to the public explorer, where the coinbase shows the miner's own account receiving the reward. No pool wallet in the middle, and nothing to trust.

1Open any block in the feed.
2Look at the coinbase transaction.
3The miner account is the miner's own k: address.

NOT READY TO SWITCH?
Start with us as Pool 2
Keep your current pool as Pool 1 and add mine.kadena.ws as the backup. If your pool goes down, your rigs keep mining and any block they find pays you directly. You'll get an alert when the failover kicks in. Switch for good whenever you're convinced.

FORK VOTES
Self-host, and the vote is yours
Since Chainweb Community 3.2, hard forks activate when two-thirds of blocks in a 14,400-block epoch signal for them. That signal is set by the node that builds the block. On a pool, the operator decides for everyone. On this hosted service, our node decides, and we publish that policy below. Run your own copy of the kit and your blocks carry your vote.
Our signaling policy: we signal for a fork only after it has been released as a tagged Chainweb Community build and announced for at least [14] days. Current fork signal: [fork number · yes/no].

The Block Draw

Every two weeks, one active miner receives a gift from Kadena Nexus equal to 1% of the KDA they mined in that window (minimum 2 KDA, maximum 50 KDA). Nothing to buy and nothing to sign up for. If your rigs are sending shares, you're in.

[count]
1At the draw height, we take the hash of the first block on chain 0. Nobody can predict or change it.
2Each miner's odds equal their share of all shares submitted that window. Splitting rigs across accounts changes nothing.
3The hash picks the winner. The script is open source, so anyone can recompute the result.

This site is the on-ramp. The whole stack is open source: node setup, stratum server, and dashboard. One command on a small server and your farm mines against its own node with nobody in between.

Help keep Kadena mining decentralized

The small hashrate fee keeps the servers running. Donations go further: more regional nodes, security reviews, and the developer hours that keep everything patched and online. Nothing is sold, no shares, no promises of returns. Just a public good for the chain.

Donate KDA (any chain)
k:[donation-account]
Monthly running costs and every donation are published on the transparency page.
Run a stratum node
Host a regional endpoint so miners near you get low latency and no single server matters.
Contribute code
ASIC compatibility fixes, dashboard features, translations. Issues and bounties on GitHub.
Spread the word
Every farm that leaves a dominant pool makes the network safer for everyone holding KDA.
Terms, in plain words
Direct mode is not custodial. In Direct mode we never hold, receive, or forward your KDA; rewards are written to your account by the network. Sweep and Convert are opt-in shared-custody services, clearly labeled as such.
No investment, no guarantees. Nothing here is sold. Mining results depend on your hashrate and luck. Donations are gifts toward running costs.
Provided as-is. We work hard on uptime and publish it, but downtime, orphans, or bugs can cost you blocks. Use a backup pool if that matters to you.
The Block Draw is a gift. No purchase, fee, or token is ever required to be included. Selection is by public block hash, and Kadena Nexus may pause or change the gift amounts with notice.
Your responsibility. Check your k: account carefully. A reward sent to a mistyped account cannot be recovered by anyone.
